Returns

Our Return/Exchange Policy

Happy customers is our goal.

You can return most items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Sale/Discounted items
  • Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “The 3 Amigos” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Gift cards
  • Items you have already assembled, e.g. Table bases

Damaged in Shipping: If products are damaged in shipping, we will replace the item with provided photo documentation of the damaged product and packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by sending an email to help@chirocept.com or through the website chat within 14 days of delivery. It's important to reach out before sending any items back, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we'll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please be aware that shipping and handling costs are not refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

Shipping: To return your product, please send it to: 2008 Catalina Dr, West Plains, MO 65775-2259. Remember, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item and for ensuring it arrives undamaged.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on your location. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure your satisfaction with every aspect of your purchase.
